Artist
and teacher Frank Moulin came to fine art full time after a forty-three year
career as a graphic designer and illustrator for the Portland (Maine) Press
Herald and Sunday Telegram, the Bangor (Maine) Daily News and the Manchester
(NH) Union Leader and Sunday News.
Primarily working in watercolor, Frank also has a
background in acrylics, collage, and pen and ink.
Frank is a graduate of the New England School of Art in
Boston. He is a juried member of the New Hampshire Art Association, the Nashua
Artists Association, the Londonderry Art Group and is a founding member of the
Manchester Artists Association and Friends of Art Manchester.
